Jeff Cascaro has developed an impressive signature sound through his past studio albums. Soul of a Singer (2006), Mother and Brother (2008), The Other Man (2012) as well as Love and Blues in the City (2017) are timeless sound documents of soul jazz. For almost two decades, the first-class singer and trumpeter has been thrilling audiences with handmade music at the intersection of jazz, soul and blues. The quality of his musical performances has taken him to almost all major jazz festivals, but also to small clubs. While his album ‘Love and Blues in the City’ already highlighted the jazzy side of his sound, the singer has now gone one step further with his latest album ‘Broadway & Beyond’. Wonderful, smooth grooves allow the singer to shine with the finest vocal shades. Everything is relaxed and tastefully arranged, and the songs are powerful and full of soul. Once again, it is his incredibly versatile voice that holds the listener spellbound. His warm voice captivates you throughout and shows you what there is to marvel at on Broadway and beyond.
