As a unique and creative artist, Joana Carvalhas – also known as The Tiny Musician – is an innovative multi-style violinist, educator, soundpainter, traveller and coffee lover. Originally from Portugal, Joana studied at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and Berklee Valencia. Assigning her musical style to one specific genre is impossible, since Joana loves playing a wide range of music genres. She has been traveling and sharing her music around the world – in different countries and cities throughout Europe, the UK, the US and Asia – demonstrating that music has no borders and can connect people from all parts of the globe!
