An underground pop artist.
Jordyn Tareaz is a pop artist unapologetically paving her way in music. Born in Baltimore and raised between New York City and Potomac, Maryland, the 25-year-old now calls Los Angeles home. Powerful vocals, clever lyricism, and melodies that refuse to leave your head make her stand out. Tareaz released her debut single "So Good (On My Own)" in January 2022. One month later she opened for Maude Latour at Songbyrd Music House in DC, earned a mention in Billboard, and landed on Ones To Watch's "Now Watching" playlist. Her debut EP "It's Not Like The Movies" (March 2024) captured a journey of self-discovery — irresistible pop hooks, soulful vocals, and a search for her own happy ending. Since then she's performed for over 12,000 people at Audi Field for the Washington Spirit, made her New York City debut at Mercury Lounge, been mentored through Alicia Keys' She Is The Music, and studied at Stargate's LAAMP program on a full-ride producer scholarship from Splice. Led by "MESSY," her upcoming EP is bold, loud, and unapologetic — about embracing every side of yourself, especially the ones that don't fit neatly. Electric guitar, 808s, riffs, layered harmonies, and orchestral swells collide under themes of liberation, lust, and fabulosity. Now she's letting her walls down with feel-good club and party anthems for being your fullest, most extra, messiest self. From the studio to the stage, Jordyn Tareaz is a creative force — and it's just the beginning.
