Josimar Gomes

Josimar Gomes is a multidisciplinary artist, model and emcee hailing from Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Not only known for his music, he also dabbles in other creative endeavours such as theatre and performance art. Within his music though, he effortlessly fuses different genres such as R&B, Soul but also Trap and more electronic music, while standing on his strong foundation of Hip-Hop. Ultimately his goal is taking his listeners on an introspective journey through different phases of love, life & self acceptance. In 2021 and 2022, he went on his first Dutch tour. Powered by Popronde and 3VOOR12, he performed in 14 selected cities across the Netherlands with his band. Last year he released a captivating new single SANDSTORM marking a brand-new chapter in his sound. This year, he embarks on a new chapter in his career; finishing his next full-length project that will reach all distribution platforms in 2024. In recent years, he released what he calls 'the perfect Summer lovesong': Make My Heart Go! but also the fun afterparty record called thinkin bout u. In the years before he released a few captivating singles, from the acoustic All I Ever Know (Homegrown Session), the romantic Her Tone and the reality check in the midst of the BLM protests: The Black Experience.
