Julie O., aka Julie Outrage, is a Los Angeles-based genre-bending guitarist and singer-songwriter blending blues, rock, jazz, R&B, and hip-hop. Born in West Africa, raised in Maryland/DC, and shaped by years living in Brooklyn, she blends jazz guitar with funk-rock energy and hip-hop-inspired lyricism. Her band, Julie Outrage & The Fury, is known for high-energy, improvisational live sets. During her time in NYC, Julie Outrage was named among The Deli Magazine’s Best of NYC Emerging Artists. She is currently a Fender-endorsed guitarist, with her upcoming single “Seeing Reed” slated for release in October.
