Julie Slim has released a three-song studio EP, a five-song live EP with RendezVous recorded live in Austin, TX and a full length album, “ Promenade Sentimentale”, a collection of French standards dear to her heart. She has also released two singles, Ya Laure (in Arabic) and an original, N'essaye Pas written by Hugo King. In 2015, Petite Fleur won jazz/lounge song at The Akademia awards, recognizing excellence in music. In 2017, the original song, Sarabande De Solitude, with music by Shawn Ellison won an Honorary Merit Award at the International Songwriting Competition. Julie released Sarabande de Solitude as a single on July 12, 2021, which happens to also be her birthday. On April 30, 2025, Julie Slim released an album of originals with her band, RendezVous titled Suspended. Julie believes in music as therapy for the soul and a bridge for connecting with others.
