A queer, underground indie pop artist.
JUNOKILL is raw and peculiarly defiant. With sensual force they herald a new sonic era: Astropunk—a fluid cosmos that merges diverse influences and invites to remix, burst out, and revel in chaos. Astropunk is a gentle queer feminist rebellion against norms and speaks from deep intimacy when JUNOKILL questions their own being in a crisis-ridden surrounding. In a whirlwind of ecstatic fury, JUNOKILL dances between reality and utopia. Formed in late summer 2018, JUNOKILL evolved from their previous band Maloun. Their debut album ASTROPUNK (2021) and the follow-up album MIMICRY (2025) were recorded and mixed by Linda Dağ at Clouds Hill Studio in Hamburg.
