An underground, nostalgic pop artist.
Karina Louzada is a Brazilian-born, globetrotter-raised, New York City-based artist and songwriter who grew up playing classical piano and listening to a multitude of genres and multicultural sounds. She is passionate about bringing a self-reflective depth to her lyrics, expressing a serene vulnerability yet with a powerful impact. She creates an intimate universe and a safe home for our emotions to be profound. Karina wants her art to serve as a tool for transformation. “I believe art is much more interesting when it goes beyond pure entertainment and is a tool for transformation. I want to help guide my listeners through a self-reflective journey, and inspire them to live their immensity". With this purpose, Karina created a Lyric & Photo book that guides the listener through the self-reflection journey of the album. You can visualize this book in the link in bio on Karina's Instagram account (see link available).
