La banda de folk ganadora al Latín Grammy a Mejor Álbum Folclórico, surgio en el 2016, en el escenario luego de que un grupo de amigos músicos se subió a tocar una fusión de los sonidos “folk” de países como México, Colombia y Venezuela. Así surge un sonido al que llamaron “Joropango” concepto que da nombre a su tercer disco, el cual presentarán en mayo de este 2025… Larry Coll, Cynthia Bagué, César Sánchez y Jorge “Gio” Montañez, forman parte de algo más más que una banda… KerreKe es un concepto musical que nos llama a nuestras raíces más profundas. The folk band, created in 2017, emerged on stage after a group of musician friends got on stage to play a fusion of folk sounds from countries like Mexico, Colombia and Venezuela. This is how a sound emerged that they called “Joropango,” a concept that gives name to their third album, which they will present in May 2025… Kerreke is more than a band… it is a musical concept that calls us to our deepest roots.
