Lefty Parker
An underground folk artist.
Dave Bixby has called Lefty Parker “a troubadour and a poet.” Hailing from Austin, Texas, Parker has toured dive bars and halls across the country since 2019, playing and collaborating with artists including Aaron Blount of Knife In The Water , Mat Davidson of Twain , and Buck Meek of Big Thief. He released the album 13 in 2024, followed by Ark in 2025. The Ark live band included Adam Brisbin, Buck Meek, Jesse Quebberman-Turley, and Germaine Dunes. Other contributions came from Adrianne Lenker, James Krivchenia, Mat Davidson, Mikey Buishas, and Michael Sachs. Since the release of Ark, Parker has settled in Brooklyn, where he continues to write and perform with his band.
