An underground hip hop act from the local scene.
LISA LIES is the sound of a Lisbon that doesn’t fit on postcards. Founded by Dikas alongside lifelong friends César Correia, Rúben Garção Silva, André Gomes and Pedro Rodrigues, the collective is shaped by the contradictions of one of Europe’s most romanticised cities: beautiful, restless and impossible to pin down. Jazz, funk, hip-hop and electronic music aren’t influences here. They’re native languages, spoken by musicians living in a city where cultures constantly overlap and reshape one another.
