ljota started his journey in 2018 in Brazil, making his way through the local electronic scene. Less than a year in, he was already playing for crowds of over 20,000 people and that’s when he knew it was time to take things further and start producing his own music. In 2020, inspired by the raw energy of Rave Funk, he began releasing tracks. Just three releases in, he dropped “Rave da Sexy Bitch,” which quickly took off and has now passed 1 million streams across platforms. In 2022, he made the move to Europe and is now based in Amsterdam, bringing with him the groove, swing, and feel that only a Brazilian artist can. Curious to explore new sounds, ljota dove into tech house, releasing tracks on labels like Witty Tunes and Blaah! Records.
