Lori Phun is a NYC-based bubblegum pop artist crafting bright, feel-good anthems filled with youthful optimism, glittery diary-style honesty, and coming-of-age confidence. Growing up in Ontario, the 19-year-old Chinese-Canadian singer cut her teeth in the entertainment industry through her work as a child model/actress in print advertisements and film roles, making various appearances in TV series such as What We Do in the Shadows (2024) and Odd Squad (2017). Simultaneously, Phun honed her craft as a songwriter, releasing her first song “Venom In Your Eyes” at the age of 17. She continues to develop her skills professionally by pursuing a degree in songwriting at New York University. Her new single “Not That Into Me” turns the sting of getting stood up into a playful, synthy pop anthem. Written and produced the same night, the song captures the moment you stop overthinking mixed signals and realize the truth: sometimes, they’re just not that into you. Out everywhere on 8/31.
