There’s a seductive quality to LSDXOXO’s impressive body of work. The Philadelphia-born, Berlin-based DJ/producer fuses ghetto house, hardcore, Baltimore club and techno with cleverly layered vocal samples and pop tracks to create the sort of boldly fun numbers that just make you want to move. LSDXOXO—aka Raushaan Glasgow—has lit up the queer club scenes of New York and Berlin, underground and otherwise. That’s thanks to tracks like “Demons” and “DRaiN” that show off a masterly control of rhythm while mixing dreamlike states and euphoric moments with heartfelt lyrics.
