There are artists who wait for permission, and then there's Madde. The Chico, California-born rock musician has spent more than a decade carving out her own lane. Since 2014, she has independently released a deeply raw and unapologetic catalog. Madde's music refuses to hide from grief, recovery, anger, or hope, channeling personal experience into loud, gritty guitar-driven songs that resonate long after the feedback fades. Influenced by the DIY spirit of punk itself, Madde approaches music with complete creative ownership. Her songwriting balances vulnerability with defiance, exploring mental health, uncomfortable honesty, resilience, identity, and the relentless pursuit of a positive attitude.
