Manolis Michalakis is a Greek musician born in Kavala in 1960, known for his work in the Laïko genre. He began playing the bouzouki at a young age and developed a professional career that included performing in Australia. Michalakis is also an educator, having authored numerous books on bouzouki and guitar.
