Martha Woods
Martha Woods is a performer, composer and recording artist from Cornwall, UK. Whilst her music reaches out to a wide range of genres, often using contemporary sounds, folk tradition is at the heart of what she creates. Martha studied on Newcastle University's Folk and Traditional Music Degree (including a year at the Irish World Academy of Music and Dance in Limerick), in which she majored in composition and performance (fiddle), graduating with first class honours.
