Recognized by London Jazz News for his “vocal quality, confidence, and ease on stage,” Matt Kent is carving out a distinctive space in pop. His viral series Turning Classical Music into Pop Songs has generated over 40 million views on TikTok, building an audience of 300,000+ followers. His releases have surpassed 15 million streams across DSPs, marking him as one of London’s most compelling crossover voices. Kent has earned recognition in international competitions, including The Coffee Music Project, A Singing Heart (New York Encounter), and the Gwangju Busking World Cup. With pianist Liv Lester, he has performed at Ronnie Scott’s, The Bedford, and The Bitter End, and opened for James Bay at CarFest South following support from Chris Evans. Most recently, Kent toured as lead vocalist with the ESO orchestra for Death Stranding: Strands of Harmony, presented by SOHO LIVE with Kojima Productions, performing across Berlin, Paris, Milan, and Pisa. Working closely with Yamaha and Shure, he continues to expand his presence on stage and in the studio. A new body of work arrives in June 2026.
