Melina Blanco is an electronic music producer and artist from Costa Rica, based in Portugal. Her music shifts in different directions of style and energy. On techno-oriented sets, the producer explores experimental sounds such as noise and shifts to higher energy, distorted and hypnotic elements. Conversely, previous and current releases reflect her love for a more relaxed, playful and ethereal style of music. EPs such as Air, Éter and Lila reflect this contrast. She is a co-founder of TMPL, a collective and record label that promotes techno events in the growing electronic music scene in Costa Rica. In 2023, Melina created Pollen, a record label focused on exploring ambient and leftfield music.
