Mike Rocket’s recent song/video releases of “Hey Bon Jovi” and “I Am A Patriot” (a cover of Little Steven) have gotten radio airplay. Rocket’s recent summer concerts have taken place at venues including City Winery NYC and The Stone Pony. Rocket has also been setting up outside major concerts and festivals. The past two years he has had two songs in consideration for a GRAMMY for the Harry Belafonte Best Song For Social Change Award! In 2023 Mike completed a world-record 1,116 consecutive days doing livestream concerts. This streak began during the Covid-19 pandemic. Many of these shows, mostly on Facebook, helped raise money for WhyHunger.org and other charitable organizations. During this time, Rocket made the Pollstar charts multiple times. Rocket’s Springsteen covers get regular airplay on Sirius XM E Street Radio. To date, Rocket has performed at major festivals, including Firefly Music Festival and SXSW, where he has been in lineups with many of the top names in music. You may have seen Mike before on the TODAY Show where he has visited 61 times to promote himself or outside Madison Square Garden, PNC, Firefly Music Festival, GOVBallNYC, Global Citizen Festival, Sea Hear Now, and outside other concerts. Rocket annually performs "Gotta Get To the Jersey Shore" on Joe Nolan’s legendary Summer Blastoff on 1071 The Boss. His song for Steve Trevelise is heard often on NJ1015. Rocket is a regular guest on Steve’s show.
