Missed Call

Missed Call is a dancy mix between pop, electro, rock, edm, sprinkled with elements of jazz, soul and r&b. The founding members, Cosmin Gafițescu and Răzvan Nica, started the band in 2018. They wrote, recorded and produced every song, however, often needing to outsource vocal parts to friends. They collaborated with Diana Liță, Maria Păuleț, Alex Savin and Radu Săndulescu for vocal recordings. The latter has joined the band as a full time member in 2021, thus completing the formula. The trio knows each other since childhood and after many years apart, they reconnected. Music brought them together again, reminiscing the strong sense of closeness they had when collectively playing music in their early years. Despite the fact that each of them has different guilty pleasures in terms of music taste, Missed Call seems to be the space in between that blends everything in one place.
