Krisztián Oláh, an open-minded 24 years old pianist and composer - mostly experienced in jazz and classical music, currently living in Budapest, Hungary. He has started to perform regularly at the age of 16 and also leading my own bands. In the past years he took part in a great deal of piano competitions such as Montreux Jazz Piano Competition in 2015, where he came out 3rd, and he had the amazing opportunity to took part at Montreux Jazz Academy, where he was tutored by and had the opportunity to play together with legendary artists like Al Jarreu, Yaron Herman, Kurt Rosenwinkel, Nils Petter-Molvaer to name a few and also took courses with top music-business personalities. He is the first hungarian jazz musicians, who was selected to perform at the semi-finals of Thelonious Monk International Jazz Piano Competition in Washington D.C. in 2018. He was awarded several times in his home country, Hungary with prizes like Creative Art prize for improvisational skills, Junior Prima prize for performing arts, Young jazz musician of the year 2016, and Orszáczky prize for his work as a composer. His new self-released album "At the back of my mind" came out in February 2020 in CD and March 2020 online
