Oliver Kucharovič Quartet

Czecho-Slovak band presents its self with their own repertoire, which joins jazz, groove, rock and funk in to listenable fusion. Compositions are mainly taken care of by the front man and bass player Oliver Kucharovic. With songwriting are also contributing skilled keyboard player Honza Baros and talented guitarist Dan Kery. Behind drums sits experienced Viktor Mudrak. In 2019 the band has managed to break into the finals in music competition “Nove tvare Slovenskeho jazzu”, which has taken place in Slovakian radio building in Bratislava In 2020 they participated at “Kamenka open air” music festival in Brno In 2022 they presented themselves on 28th year of PET Jazz festival in Bratislava and the same year played again at “Kamenka open air” in Brno. After many other clubs shows, band has recorded their debut album called Impulse, which was released in mid 2022. The launch party event took place in Brno’s Kabinet Muz club. In November 2022 band got given opportunity to present their new album on radio show “Jazz club” on Devin radio station. December of the same year was in the spirit of Czecho-Slovakian mini tour in clubs and famous Slovakian Gypsy Jazz festival.
