Osian duo

Osian duo was formed in 2016 by Italian flautist Chiara Boschian Cuch and Mexican guitarist Eduardo Cervera Osorio. They obtained a First-Class Honours master's degree from the “Jacopo Tomadini” Conservatory of Music in Udine (Italy), under the guidance of Giorgio Marcossi and Stefano Viola and they attended the chamber music high-level course held by the renowned Cavatina duo in Spain. They obtained many first prizes at the most prestigious International Chamber Music Competitions and recently they won the first prize at the International Competition Paganini Guitar Festival 2025 in Italy and the special prize “Astor Piazzolla” for the best interpretation of a work by a Latin-American composer. In 2024 they also won the first prize at the III International Chamber Music Competition for flute and guitar “Juan Gual Esteve” in Burriana, Castellón (Spain), the first prize at the I Concurso de música de cámara con guitarra “Elda 2024” in Elda, Alicante (Spain) and the first prize at the 20° Altamira Gorizia Guitar Competition “Enrico Mercatali” in Gorizia (Italy). They have performed in concert halls and festivals both in Italy and abroad, including Spain, Belgium, Austria, Portugal and Mexico. They also performed as soloists with the “Schubert Orchestra” in Italy.
