Of course, he has superb technical insight, but this used to develop interesting, insightful music that stands impressively as an expression of the soul and spirit. Originally known for his work as part of high-octane hard rock bands Mr. Big and Racer X, Paul Gilbert is back with is first vocal album in ten years. Full of high-energy riffs, the lyrics for WROC are inspired by the etiquette book, “George Washington’s Rules of Civility and Decent Behavior”. Turning Washington’s Rule of Civility (WROC) into Rock songs was a joy for Gilbert, whose vocals and guitar melodies will not only stir your heart, but improve your table manners as well. LOL
