Originally known for his work as part of high-octane hard rock bands Mr. Big and Racer X, Paul Gilbert is back with is first vocal album in ten years. Full of high-energy riffs, the lyrics for WROC are inspired by the etiquette book, “George Washington’s Rules of Civility and Decent Behavior”. Turning Washington’s Rule of Civility (WROC) into Rock songs was a joy for Gilbert, whose vocals and guitar melodies will not only stir your heart, but improve your table manners as well. LOL
