Brighton & Barcelona based studio production outfit PAYFONE were formed in 2013 by Phil Passera and Jimmy Day. PAYFONE have to date released over 16 individual tracks including titles Day & Night, Paradise, Sofian and Last Night in Sant Celoni. PAYFONE continue to deliver a blend of downtempo electro boogie via releases on New York based GOLF CHANNEL and London based LENG, DEFECTED and OTIS Records. With the recent addition of Brooklyn born April Pittman on vocals, recent live appearances include shows in London, Manchester, Paris, Oslo and Ibiza. Their debut album ‘LUNCH’ was released in June 2025 on vinyl & cassette via the bands own Otis Records imprint. Latest song ‘Dime Algo’ appears on LENG RECORDS 15 year anniversary compilation.
