An underground, raw german indie artist.
Peter Piek moves between songs, paintings and places. Based in Leipzig, Germany, he has spent the last years moving between concert stages, galleries, house shows, festivals, public spaces and exhibitions across Europe and beyond. His music and visual work are closely connected. Songs become paintings, paintings become situations, and places become part of the work. He often creates his own rules and limitations, leaving space for coincidence, movement and things that cannot be planned. His ongoing project 1 World 1 Painting takes this idea into the world: a painting that is never in one place, but travels through many. Anytime Anywhere is his eighth album.
