Polyphonic is on a mission to prove drum & bass can be for everyone. The 10-headed group from The Netherlands combine fast breakbeats, fat basslines and screeching guitars with violin, brass, piano and vocals. Inciting the world’s first mosh pit at a classical music festival, Polyphonic spreads the message that anyone can - and should - lose their mind to music. Polyphonic has been taking the internet by storm, gaining millions of views on social media with marching band performances at Liquicity and RAMPAGE, a jazz version of Macky Gee's Tour and by spreading Chase & Status hit Baddadan to elderly people. Their unique takes on drum & bass classics were praised by Camo & Krooked, Noisia, Bou, Netsky, High Contrast and Sub Focus. In their home country Polyphonic concerts sold thousands of tickets including a sold-out Melkweg Amsterdam and a mainstage performance at RAMPAGE in AFAS Live. 2026 will be a turning point for Polyphonic: the raving ensemble are establishing their own musical voice with original music. Their mission is brought even further to life by an audacious YouTube series of introducing new people to drum & bass until they reach the King of The Netherlands.
