An underground folk artist.
Rbsn is a singer songwriter whose music has elements of soul , folk and psychedelic rock, drawing from his Mediterranean heritage and Jazz studies his sound combines timeless elements with experimental textures, crafting a rich , emotional and atmospheric musical landscape. Born in 96 he attended jazz school long enough to get in touch the vibrant nu jazz scene back in 2017. Two years after the release of his first full length "Stranger Days " , for US label Ropedope (home of Jazzanova and Christian Scott aTunde Adjuah ), he takes a new step forward in his peculiar artistic path: working with songwriter Marco Castello and producer Emanuele Triglia , with who he produced and released “MURO ” and “Babanero (Feat Naima Adams )” in 2023. Rbsn’s music endeavours go as far as it goes: working on a Piero Umiliani reimagining Marble Hands - sampled from "5 bambole per la luna d'agosto" from the Cinevox catalogue ,as well as Album “HERE”premiering in 2025. Produced during 2024 with former I Hate My Village live engineer and long time collaborator Luca Gaudenzi and & Emanuele Triglia along PACÌ and QWALE .
