Going by what was originally a producer name that came about as a joke — only to somehow stick; Robbin DiNero, born Jalan Michael Crawford took a liking to songwriting in 2019 with Bronx Collective INSIGHT, making his debut on the group’s first and only SoundCloud mixtape ‘Return the Slaps’. Raised in The South Bronx, his music ranges from stories of romance, witty/unapologetic life experiences, and the introspection of being an everyday worker. Blending the old with the new, he hopes in someway, this catalogue influences the world of today to find the means to keep going in life; as we do our best to find and be ourselves.
