Robin Bengtsson is a Swedish country-pop singer/songwriter with more than 120 million streams, multiple radio hits, and years of touring across Sweden and Europe. Over the past decade, he has become one of Sweden’s most well-known artists, both as a recording pop artist and through his appearances in Melodifestivalen. More recently, he has established himself as one of Sweden’s most promising names in country-pop. Robin made his breakthrough in Melodifestivalen 2016 and has competed in the competition five times since, reaching the final on every occasion. In 2017, he won with I Can't Go On and went on to represent Sweden at the Eurovision Song Contest. He most recently returned to the competition in 2026 with Honey Honey, an upbeat country-pop song. In recent years, Robin has gravitated toward country music, a genre that has always been close to his heart. His sound has evolved into a more organic, country-influenced style, drawing inspiration from contemporary Nashville while retaining the melodic pop sensibility that has been part of his music from the beginning. Songs such as Hometown and Spin The Bottle reflect this direction. With several singles, an EP, and an album planned for 2027, Robin continues to explore the space between country and pop.
