ruxi

Ruxi is a multidisciplinary artist and DJ from Barcelona, representing the new generation. He began his musical career in 2012, first playing the clarinet, then moving on to drums, piano, and guitar. He later studied music production for the entertainment industry, which led him to work as a sound engineer at Artspace Barcelona, collaborating with artists like Maikel Delacalle, Moha the B, Omar Montes, and Sneakbo, who even created personalized adlibs for Ruxi’s tracks. For over five years, he has balanced his DJ career with other musical pursuits. Currently, Ruxi is a resident DJ in Barcelona, having performed at venues like Razzmatazz, Sala Apolo, Jamboree, Otto Zutz, etc. He also played in places like Madrid (Antidoto Club), Bilbao (Nexo Malito), London (UK) and Milan (Italy) Ruxi´s sets are pure versatility, including sounds of UK Garage, 140, Afrobeat, Trap, Amapiano, Dnb and Bassline, among others.
