A high-energy, polished power metal act.
Swedish metallers Sabaton have entered a new era following the launch of their 11th studio album, Legends - out now. Legends takes listeners on an epic journey through the stories of some of history’s most legendary figures, including Hannibal Barca, Jeanne D’Arc, Napoleon, Julius Caesar, and many more. Looking ahead, the band is gearing up for The Legendary Tour across Europe this winter and Legends On Tour in North America in early 2026, along with a host of other shows and festival appearances. In the 25 years since launching, Sabaton has earned a reputation as one of the hardest-working bands in metal. They’ve built a legion of loyal fans worldwide, released 10 highly rated studio albums (including Gold, Platinum, and multi-Platinum certifications), won numerous industry awards, and even launched their own annual festival and cruise. Combining soaring power riffs with vocalist Joakim Brodén’s instantly recognisable gruff baritone, the band refuse to be simply slotted into a genre. Fans need only know them as Sabaton: the heavy metal band that sings of real-life wars and the people who played a part in them – of grueling campaigns and dazzling acts of bravery, of magnificent victories and touching personal struggles – true stories more fantastic than any fiction. Sabaton have headlined as far afield as North America, Australia and Japan, and regularly fill arenas and take top-billed slots at festivals across Europe.
