Sam Rose

Dutchman Sam Rose grew up in Soest, Utrecht. He started making music from a young age. Influences from playing the drums have ensured that he has found his own unique way in creating rhythms and grooves. Warm melodies and deep sounding beats in combination with vocal elements is what Sam's sound is known for. Delicate harmonies ensure that the music really comes to life, which occurs in a rendition in his early oeuvre. Playing at venues like, Club Atelier, Levenslang, Basis and the Adam Tower where only places he looked up to a few years ago. Also making his debut at Geheime Liefde, HRFST and Into The Woods festival was a milestone. Right now he provide a wide pallete with his recent work with support from the names of John Digweed, Sasha, Eelke Kleijn, Armin van Buuren, Martin Garrix, Jochem Harmeling, Mitch de Klein and Huminal to name a few. His most recent single “Stranger” together with Thysma was released on Armada ‘s Electronic Elements. He Played it for the first time live at “Het Sieraad” in Amsterdam during Rose Ringed his all nighter. Also Armin van Buuren gave the track a great headstart to play it during his ASOT radio show before release. A nice lead-in for this collaboration with a perfect blend between both of their sounds.
