Shamaly

Shamaly is an independent Palestinian rap artist from Gaza, with roots in Yafa, currently based in Paris. He began writing poetry at 14, developing a voice shaped by identity, emotion, and lived experience. Over time, his writing evolved into a raw and distinctive sound within Arab rap. Entirely self-made, he writes and records his own music, crafting a style rooted in authenticity and emotional clarity. Through his work, Shamaly transforms personal and collective experiences into music that speaks directly and honestly.
