New album BREATHING CARGO by the Lithuanian doom/progressive metal quartet SINAMORT is OUT NOW. Sinamort is a collective effort by songwriter, guitarist and vocalist Juozas Grigas, guitarist Rimantas Galvonas, bassist Paulius Musteikis, and the latest addition to the band – drummer Vykintas Vainius (Ossastorium) to transcend the metal genre boundaries by combining crushing unorthodox riffing with complex harmony, interspersed with moments of calm melancholy and atmospheric passages. Music of Sinamort is a journey through the contradictory nature of human psychology and its reflection in an often violent and sometimes hopeful history, manifesting sonically by integration of a variety of musical techniques and unconventional composition concepts, borrowing form genres as diverse as contemporary classical minimalism or dark cabaret. Band’s debut album THE IDLE VEIL has been dubbed as ‘an adrenaline shot to the heart of death doom’ by the Metalstorm.net reviewers.
