Small Town Life

Small Town Life are an alternative punk four-piece based in Bratislava, blending the heaviness and melancholy of ’90s guitar music with a touch of pop accessibility. Without leaning on nostalgia, they push their introspective punk forward without concern for genre boundaries, effortlessly mixing variety of genres and other influences through their own lens. Their songwriting moves fluidly between extremes and intimacy anchored by urgent yet melodic vocals. Live, this tension turns into controlled chaos without trying to dress anything up. Since releasing their self-titled EP in 2017, they've toured Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Austria, sharing stages with The Mysterines, Repetitor, and Soviet Soviet. Highlight appearances include Pohoda (SK), Rock for People (CZ), and FLAAM (SK). Their debut album Common Grey earned a nomination at Radio_FM's Radiohead Awards. Between 2022 and 2024, they released singles and a live studio session while preparing their sophomore album, set for release in 2026.
