Sorrowful Angels are Greek dark metal veterans, active since the early 2000s. Their sound blends heavy riffs, melancholic melody, and a gothic atmosphere, balancing crushing weight with bittersweet hooks and a cinematic sense of mood. With multiple releases behind them and a reputation built through years of songwriting, recording, and live appearances, the band’s identity is defined by electronic layers, dark romanticism, emotional intensity, and a relentless metal backbone. Past and present meet in their current chapter: the same signature darkness, sharpened with a modern edge.
