Sorry...

"A protest against all forms of life voiced through works of pain and isolation." Sorry... is a one-man depressive black metal project (DSBM) from Greece, originally founded in 2019 by Dimitrios and Deplorable. After the release of their debut EP, Failure Years of Neglect Apathy (2019), the creative direction gradually shifted entirely to Dimitrios, who has since led the project solo, occasionally inviting various session musicians. The following year saw the release of two more EPs Bereavement of Existence and Saudade (both 2020) continuing the project’s raw exploration of themes such as depression, anxiety, and emotional distress. Over the next few years, the band released three full-length albums. All That Died Was My Innocence (2021) and Self Inflicted Razor Cutting (2023) showcased a more refined sound while maintaining his emotionally anguished atmosphere. The exceptional Innocence . Love . Sadness (2022) saw the project diverge into happier melodies, offering an ironic twist to the genre. His 2024 EP, Never Fail to Disappoint, delivers a suffocating sense of isolation — a stark reminder that you are always alone. Later that year, the full-length album Drowned in Misery was released, featuring anxious guitar riffs and desperate vocals recorded in moments of heightened despair. The latest album Fragile (2025) represents Sorry…’s most emotionally vulnerable release yet — a bleak fusion of DSBM, post-punk, and darkwave.
