Hailing from Australia, artist, producer & DJ Soul Wun (Blake Carthew) utilises music to access and convey deeper emotions of the subconscious. Evocative vocal snippets above and beyond deeply emotional piano voicings are the key to understanding the mental workings of the Sydney-based artist. Childhood fascination with the African rhythms of jazz, funk and soul merged with a later obsession with the sound and cultural foundations of more contemporary UK bass, breaks and jungle.
