Hamburg native DJ/producer Special D., well-known for his uptempo Hands-Up tracks in the early 2000's, climbed up to number 13 in the German single charts and reached Top 10 in the Netherlands and the UK with his very first song “Come with Me” back in 2003. Not only was he nominated for an ECHO award, he also picked up the Netherlands’ top music trophy, the TMF Award as Best International Dance Act and was nominated for the Radio 538 award in the “Best Song” category. More than 2000 DJ-Sets and live-shows worldwide within the past couple of years make him one of the most booked German DJs. After working with artists like W&W, Dr Phunk and Harris & Ford, Special D. teamed up with the promising Swiss newcomer-duo MTS & Fr3akmaster to drop their Hardstyle tune "Party Everyday" on PYRO Records. In 2026, Special D. is back in the studio. Fresh Hands-Up originals like "Lost In The Rave", "Es geht los" and "Kickin Hard" prove the sound is alive — louder than ever. New music is on the way.
