Spiral Drive
Visions in Bloom - with their second studio album and the multi-million streamed song Space Train, Spiral Drive established themselves as one of the most exciting international Neo-Psych acts to emerge from Europe. On the 2022 release, German-Austrian producer and multi-instrumentalist Raphaël Neikes showcased his ability to blend psychedelic rock, alternative, psych pop, grunge and indie rock into a coherent and distinctive sound. References to artists such as Tame Impala, Nirvana, Queens of the Stone Age, MGMT and Pink Floyd are often drawn, yet the band remains difficult to categorize. The project has since built a growing international audience spanning the USA, UK and Australia. On June 19th, Spiral Drive and Lord Fascinator (Children Collide) release AUTO, the first chapter of their collaborative krautrock inspired album REISE. Written, recorded and produced in just five days in Mannheim, Germany, birthplace of the automobile, the album will be released via StoneFree Records on July 17th and unfolds as a five-part psychedelic journey from the Autobahn to orbit. Following appearances at The Great Escape Festival and six support shows with Australian psych-rock heavyweights Psychedelic Porn Crumpets across Europe, Spiral Drive return to the UK for their third tour of the year in September 2025. While REISE begins its journey, a direct follow-up to Visions in Bloom is already in the works. Tickets for all upcoming shows via www.spiraldrivemusic.com
