Splashdown is a Boston-based alternative electronic band formed in 1996, known for their distinct fusion of trip-hop rhythms, lush ethereal pop melodies, and driving rock instrumentation. Anchored by soaring vocals and intricate electronic production, the trio carved out a dedicated cult following in the late '90s before returning decades later with new material. Their sound seamlessly bridges the gap between club-ready downtempo beats and melancholic alternative songwriting.
