Born and raised in Quinta do Mocho, Lisbon, Studio Bros are a duo of music producers with roots in São Tomé and Príncipe. Since childhood, they have shared a passion for music, exploring the fusion between African rhythms and electronic sounds. In 2007, they founded Alto Nível Produções, creating numerous tracks that made them stand out in the music scene. Their major breakthrough came with “Kapiro” (2017), a vibrant track that conquered dance floors and received support from names like Boddhi Satva, Djeff, and Manoo. The impact of this track was so significant that, in 2018, they decided to change their name from Alto Nível Produções to Studio Bros, consolidating a new artistic identity aligned with their international growth. With collaborations in labels such as TAR, Kalabana Records, Enchufada, Offering Recordings, Príncipe Discos, and Warp Records, Studio Bros expanded globally, bringing their unique energy to Colombia, Venezuela, Chile, Peru, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic. Their unexpected impact in Latin America further solidified their global status. With an innovative and authentic sound, Studio Bros continue to elevate afro-house music to new heights and audiences.
