An underground drone artist.
It lives somewhere between presence and disappearance, guitars stretching into noise, voices fading into circuitry, machines breathing in quiet, looping patterns. The music often feels like it’s falling apart and holding itself together at the same time. Eylül works with guitar, voice, field recordings, and electronics, building slow, immersive worlds out of feedback, distortion, and memory. Grief sits at the center of it - not as drama, but as a way of staying close to what’s gone. The process is both personal and physical, using repetition like medicine, letting sound carry what words can’t. Each release feels like another small attempt to understand how tenderness can live inside noise, how destruction can make space for beauty. It’s a solitary project that keeps reaching outward. A balance between isolation and connection, stillness and movement, decay and renewal. Sunfear isn’t about escape; it’s about learning to breathe inside the wreckage.
