Tach, ich bin Sven van Thom und ich mache Musik. Mal für Erwachsene, mal für Kinder, mal lustig, mal melancholisch. Meist mit Gitarre, Bass und Getrommel, mal mit Drum Machine und Synthesizer. Von der Singer-Songwriter-Ballade, über Rap, bis zum Indierock oder ulkigen Schlager. Neuerdings auch Filmmusik. Gemeinsam mit meinem Freund und Kollegen Martin Gotti Gottschild stehe ich als Tiere streicheln Menschen auf der Bühne und habe eine Radiokolumne bei RadioEins. Vor 10.000 Jahren hatten Gotti und ich eine Band, die hieß Sofaplanet – die hatte einen Hit. Vor einer Weile bin ich von Berlin nach Hessen gezogen. Das liegt in Westdeutschland und hat mehr Hügel als Berlin.
