The George Kaplan Conspiracy
The George Kaplan Conspiracy is a french electronic pop duo. The band delivers a subtle and exhilarating electronic pop with minimal structures, dancing drum machines, reverberated guitars and a unique voice. Their love for analog synthesizers is what brought them to the likes of Kraftwerk, Soulwax or even LCD Soundsystem's electronic and repetitive energy, and yet their early influences in pop music are never far away whether it be in a catchy chorus or a rubbery bass riff. Led by Gabriel Afathi and Bastien Francoulon the band released a first EP "The Light Inside"in 2017 including the singles "Again" and "Feel that show". In 2019 they released their first album "Recollected Memories" (more than 11 Million streams on Spotify) though Alter K (publishing) followed by their EP "OK Future" early 2022 through Alter K (publishing) and In/Ex (record label). Their next album will be released early 2024.
