THE PILL are Sam, Tobias, Philipp, Jan and Sascha. They are from Frankfurt am Main. In 2024, they released their debut album Hollywood Smile on Sounds Of Subterrania: ten songs, twenty minutes, done. Written fast, recorded fast, released as a snapshot. In May 2025, THE PILL drove to Lahnstein to record with Michel Wern (Pascow, Donots, …). THE PILL recorded twelve songs live in the studio in 2 days. Sam needed one more day to track her vocals. No overdubs. No tricks. Just a band in a room. The result is called “I Need To Be A Weapon.” and will be released November 6th, 2026 on Sounds Of Subterrania.
