Next show: Los Angeles, Fri 22 Jan
Big melodic hard rock with choruses to match, built brick by brick in Scarborough (UK) for arenas and festival fields. Festival and tour headliners. No label, no big investment - just their own hard-earned and fan crowdfunding. Classic Rock, 9/10: "simply a great rock band, with even better songs." Airplay on Planet Rock, Kerrang! Radio and BBC 6 Music. BUILDING THE HOUSE FOUNDATIONS LAID: Formed just before the first lockdown. No gigs allowed, so they wrote an album anyway, swapping WhatsApp voice notes, then recorded it two metres apart. GROUND FLOOR: Frontman Scott Wardell's harmonies from the crowd catch the ear of Tyketto's Danny Vaughn at an intimate gig, so Scott hands him the self-funded debut on a USB stick. Vaughn calls them "the U.K.'s best new rock band to come along in a very long time", takes them on tour and sings on their You're The Voice cover. 1st FLOOR: Album two, Get out of the Rain, part-funded by the fans and their craft beer, This Beer We Built. First festival headline slots. First UK headline tour. Classic Rock 9/10. Supports for Tyketto, FM, Wolfsbane, Gun, and Phil Campbell and the Bastard Sons. Festivals including Maid of Stone, Hard Rock Hell, Call of the Wild, Winterstorm and NWOCR Festival. For fans of Those Damn Crows, Massive Wagons, Tyketto and Extreme. Fireworks Magazine: "if you catch them this year, you'll be moving into their house." Booking: [email protected]
