Over the past 14 years, we (Blasterjaxx) spent countless hours in the studio, creating music that reflects our mutual passion and vision. Along the way, there were tracks that stayed hidden—music that felt too underground, too experimental, or simply too different. But those tracks have always held a dear place in my heart. Now, I feel the time is right to share this hidden side of our musical journey. In the early days, we often shaped our music around expectations, aiming for specific goals. But over the past year, a newfound freedom to create purely for the love of music emerged. Together (Idir & Thom) explored sounds that were entirely new for us, and it reignited my creative spark. The joy we rediscovered reminded me why I started making music in the first place. This project is more than just music; it’s a reflection of who I am and what I stand for as an artist.
